I was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago. I attended College at Indiana University, Bloomington. Upon completion at IU, I went back to Chicago to study for my true passion, Culinary Arts at the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, a Le Cordon Bleu school. After Graduation, I decided to move to Southwest Florida and never looked back. I have been a Florida resident since 2001. I received my first Executive Chef position at the age of 24 at the Pink Elephant in Boca Grande. Currently serving the wonderful members of Tarpon Cove.
